Sam was the first to join the coaching staff back in 2021 and has coached in all areas of the gym. Originally starting as a coach for our semi-private and sports performance sessions, she soon brought yoga to PPS+F. She started building certifications to learn how to train which lead her to get certified and take on an opportunity to start coaching yoga. Through this experience, Sam realized she had a real passion and wanted to help other realize what fitness can do for their mental and physical health.
