Our personal training program has come to fill a void in the personal training space here in the Matanuska Valley. With our semi-private training program, we mix the best of both worlds, by giving you a 1-on-1 personal training experience while keeping the costs low and the experience high working in a small group environment.
Each session has one of our professional coaches working with each member individually. Every member receives a personalized program based on their goals and fitness level . Members progress at their own pace with the guidance of our coaches.
With our certified coaches, we meet you where you are at and work with you every step of the way. Whether you are new to fitness, or looking to find the right place, our personalized programs guide you through sustainable results.
