We are dedicated to improving our local community in and out of the gym by providing various opportunities to further your health and fitness.

Deadlift for Donuts

Each year we host our annual “Deadlift for Donuts” fundraiser and pair with a local charity or organization. In our first 2 years of this event, we were able to raise over $16,000 for the local Boys and Girls Club to build an outdoor playground. 

Deadlifts for Donuts is a day for our members to show off their strength and hard work while helping better our local community.

Yoga flow

Yoga Flow is an energetic practice intended to increase range of motion and mobility. In this class, we flow through a series of yoga postures at the rate of each student’s breath. Carefully thought-out sequencing makes transition into each posture a fluid movement. This flow class offers progression and modifications that make it inclusive for all skill levels. Yoga Flow is great option for an active rest day.

Summer Hikes Series

Each summer, we offer monthly hikes throughout the local area. Our mission is to enjoy the outdoors while fostering a community spirit and engaging in physical activity. These hikes are open to the public - not just for our members!

Anniversary Party

We work hard and we play hard. At the beginning of each year, we host our annual Membership Appreciation Party where we acknowledge our “Member of the Year” and “Sports Performer of the Year”. Each year we host our party at a new location with fun themes and games. In past, we have gone bowling, axe throwing and hosted fun backyard olympic games.
