WHAT TO EXPECT

We understand that taking the first step can be scary and intimidating. That’s why we start with a Strategy Session.

Step 1 

At our first meeting we’ll sit down together and talk about your goals and why they are important to you. We’ll also talk about any injuries and/or obstacles you might have faced in the past.

Step 2

We will take you through a short movement screen in order to asses how your body moves. This screening helps us pinpoint your strengths and weaknesses in order to recommend the most effective program for you.

Step 3

Once we gather this information we can decide together which program fits your goal. We will answer any questions you may have and set you up for success!
