Who is strongher for?
Women new to fitness: This program is designed to meet every woman exactly where she is at. Whether it is picking up weights for the first time or getting back after the birth of a child or injury, our programs are written in-house to scale to all levels.
The Busy Mother: You have enough throughout the day to take your attention and energy. Let us take the guesswork out. We will develop a program that allows you get the workout you need without further draining yourself.
Looking for a social group: Every sessions brings a group of supportive women together to train, laugh, and encourage one another. The shared experience naturally creates bonds, making it easy to meet new people, form friendships and feel part of something bigger than just workout routine.
