Women new to fitness: This program is designed to meet every woman exactly where she is at. Whether it is picking up weights for the first time or getting back after the birth of a child or injury, our programs are written in-house to scale to all levels.
The Busy Mother: You have enough throughout the day to take your attention and energy. Let us take the guesswork out. We will develop a program that allows you get the workout you need without further draining yourself.
Looking for a social group: Every sessions brings a group of supportive women together to train, laugh, and encourage one another. The shared experience naturally creates bonds, making it easy to meet new people, form friendships and feel part of something bigger than just workout routine.

Gain strength, friends and confidence with a personal trainer created and led workout at every session. This is a strength training program that is designed to be accessible to someone who has never been to the gym or for seasoned gym veterans. The StrongHer program is all women and never more than 8 women in a class. 5 stars. Strongly recommend.

I’m so glad I joined the StrongHer program over a year ago. I needed to get strength training back in my life and Peak Performance provided the perfect environment. I love StrongHer because the workout is provided and the coaches make sure I’m lifting properly. Added bonus: I get to work out with a small group of fun women (many of whom have become my friends). I’m working all the muscle groups and encouraged by the coaches and women in my group to push myself to the next level. The coaches also worked specifically with me to overcome my lower back issues.
